Caedryn works at the intersection of two markets — U.S. capital markets, where SPACs and reverse mergers are executed, and Asia, where the next generation of listing candidates is built. We do one thing: help exceptional companies and sponsor teams navigate the route from private ownership to a public listing.
Unlike a conventional advisor, we are also a principal. In transactions we co-sponsor, our capital is at risk beside our partners'. That single fact disciplines every recommendation we make.
