Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you subscribe to Caedryn Insights or contact us, we collect the personal data you provide: your email address, and where you choose to give them, your name, company, telephone number and the content of your message. We also record which publication you were opening when you subscribed, so we understand what our readers find useful.
How we use it
- To send you our reports, whitepapers and briefings, and to notify you of new publications;
- To respond to enquiries and, where relevant, to discuss potential engagements;
- To maintain our professional contact records.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, form and email delivery services), who are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Retention and your rights
We keep subscriber details for as long as we publish material you have asked to receive. You may unsubscribe, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by writing to info@caedryn.com. We handle personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
Cookies and analytics
This site stores a single item in your browser's local storage to remember that you have subscribed, so you are not asked repeatedly. We do not use advertising cookies.
