The firm has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, London, and New York, with a team of 20+ professionals covering investment banking, legal, and accounting expertise.

With deep knowledge in IPO structuring, financial architecture, and regulatory processes, Zhou Mi helps businesses expand globally by designing efficient capital strategies.

Zhou holds professional accounting qualifications ACMA, CGMA (UK) and has a strong academic background. They earned an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and studied in Computer Science from King’s College London (UK), equipping them with expertise in finance, management, and technology.
